Hue

As always, scroll down for english.

Mi-a placut Hue. Foarte mult. In general o atmosfera destinsa si mancare buna.

I enjoyed Hue. A lot, a whole lot. It’s got a chilled, layed back vibe with welcoming people and great cuisine. Our hotel(Grace) was warm, welcoming and helpful, gave us maps and pointed us at the right restaurants. My highlight was the Imperial Citadel. Partially flooded and partially in ruins, it felt like a  post apocalyptic landscape from the 1800. My second highlight, the market, an amazing maze of …. everything that can be bought and sold: textiles, food, cigarettes, plastics, electronics and all sort of other stuff I could not name. For cultural reassurance we had a pizza and went to see Mockingjay at the Big Cinema. Ah, and we found cooked maggots at one supermarket.
